I'm exactly the same! So much so that, when they do these things in movies I instinctively cover my eyes to reduce how uncomfortable I am with the situation.
What?? I'm exactly the same! (￣∇￣") If I'm watching a video, anime or film on my laptop, I just hit pause whenever an embarrassing or uncomfortable scene comes up - or a really fluffy one - the struggles of being overly sensitive! Watching a 20-minute episode can easily take me an hour!

Whenever characters are being dishonest... I have to take a break - I feel so bad on behalf of the characters and fear the moment their lies will be discovered.
