Help :)

Ok so I know some Japanese, but I admit my translation skills are not the best. But I'll try. So:
Second picture: The hanging dude is saying "A call came from the Neurology Department just now."
The dude walking is like "Oh, okaay."

Third picture: Ok I'm unsure of what the standing dude is saying, but I THINK it's something like "You're spirited, huh." or something. I'm not really familiar with the term?

The hanging dude is like "Yes, thanks to you."

And yeaaah doesn't really explain why they are all hanging on a door frame. I tried my best. lol
