Thank you for being a nurse, I tried it last year in HS and had fainting spells. So that dream ended quickly. Anyway it makes me happy to know we have knowledgeable people on this site who can fill us in on specific information that isn't widely known to everyone.
No, thank YOU for your kind words. Funny thing not only I am a nurse, but a spinal chord unit nurse. Theese units are uncommon so there are few nurses who work there.

I'm a nurse working in the spinal chord sector. EVERY person with spinal chord injuries must take out faeces and urine manually. When you are lucky you are like Ayukawa, and can put your fingers in by yourself, and make cateterism for the urine by yourself. Many others (like obese people, people with even worse spinal injuries) need another person to do that.
