I think u didnt understand me the first time. Hes being punished for hurting all those people. And he is being punished for trying to dump the old geezer after getting bored of him. I dont know why you are getting so heated up. In the end of the day theyre just manga characters its not like theyre real.
Because there is nothing big to be punished for. To have your life invaded, be blackmailed, and have your mother literally emotionally manipulated in no way is comparable to two guys who are fuck buddies for money breaking up. The geezer became overly attached to the young guy, so the young guy dumped him.
