Jaeha is afraid of being in love since his first time dating a man went so wrong. He’s paranoid that Eunho’s parents are going to judge them and he’s still got this mindset of Eunho being a younger brother to him.
Exactly and to add to that his first marriage was ruined basically because of his desire for men. So when you pile all of those things together you can see why he would be full of doubt when things are going so well, he's very insecure and feeling uneasy about what could go wrong.
