Ridiculous. The story has been fast forwarded since the first time they had sex. And no. There's no realistic thing such as getting pregnant after a few days of sex. Go and try to recall all those science you've learned in school, child. Or maybe you've never learn about it yet. If so, tell me. I'll explain it to you.
Well 'realistically' speaking, only brainless ghouls would declare a war against CCG who are geared with massive bio weapons. It's a stupid act and Kaneki would've never wanted to kill off humans. And realistically again, they've never planned to have the baby. What kind of parents wishing for their sons and daughters to be born in the middle of war? This is something out of their prediction.
Anyway you're twenty years too early to question what Ishida is trying to say here. I'm so upset to see your narrow view, you should have gone and read some shounen if you cannot understand seinen. This one is for mature people, not kids.
there's a misunderstanding then. I'm more sad by your counterargument. The post was mistyped and meant to read unrealistic and I never took the time to correct that mistake. As for your argument that I can't understand a thing because I'm a child, you are twenty years too late to have that conversation with me.
On another note any reader of any genre questions the author that writes their favorite book. It's not a crime to do so, and I definitely will not argue about it with you. You are not the writer and neither am I. When you don't understand something you ask a question, and challenge it, something you clearly don't know how to do.
Rather than constantly reiterating that I'm a child so you know better than I do, why not have a conversation over it? Debate? Explain to me the thoughts you think are running through Ishida's mind as she writes this, that I clearly don't seem to know as, I'm a child, and you're probably closer to her work yeah?
I came to the right page and read the right genre. I chose this because I liked Tokyo Ghoul and wanted a follow up and I enjoyed the characters and their development since the beginning of Re. It seems you've forgotten one thing, a crowd of people could be reading the same book and get a different meaning out of it. Our views from life are not the same.
Fine, questioning is alright but getting your facts wrong is NOT all right. Secondly, I don't have the obligation to share my opinion with you. If you're upset that people think of you as a child then don't act like one.
Good job deleting half of your previous post. Else you might get attacked again by people like me.
Maa.. Done arguing? I thought there will be much more.. Urgh.. Boring.
Well let see here.. From my opinion I agreed with Sunbear don't say thing like "You're twenty- blah blah from blah blah.." because you're older from another person you try to argue with.
Sometimes even the younger one can act and think wisely and even better than the older person..
Plus, don't act like you know everything when you just follow up any mangas. 'Cause sometimes even the way you interpret the story not even same as what the author try to tell us. You just explain based on what you read and based on what you understand.
Then, if you believe the way you understand is like that, then keep it own your own-lah.. Doesn't mean the way you understand same as everyone else..
If you want to tell others you share it as your opinion-lah, not with the way you tell others give a meaning like, "THIS STORY IS JUST LIKE THIS! BELIEVE ME, THIS STORY IS LIKE THIS, THIS THIS THIS" Huh~ Annoying.
So you think that they should have waited till there is peace and then have babies? Sorry but I don't think the pregnancy is rushed. You want an ideal world? Even in our actual world we live in we have wars going on and children being born in those situations not because the parent want them to be in danger. just because the place you live is peaceful it doesnt mean that our world is not twisted. Yeah there isn't that big chaos here like there.
K and T had sex because of their feelings and not to make babies, ya know. It's just a natural consequence of it. And once she got pregnant she won't be saying 'oh it's not a right time for a baby'.
I don't know if you'll understand what I try to say.( ̄へ ̄)
don't get me wrong after their separation for so long I was jumping with joy when they met again. But the way things are going now I think there's something or some main character that's about to die, and I really hope it isn't Kaneki.
I'll state this again, it's unrealistic that Touka got pregnant immediately after having sex. I did enjoy their relationship up until now. But I feel like Ishida is rushing things. I've been reading this and rereading this for a long time now, years actually. The PREGNANCY feels rushed, and then suddenly all hell breaks loose and Kaneki is a huge monster. For a moment while reading I was hoping that she'd lose her baby, as I've said before who would want them to raise their baby here? It would be sad to create a child and see it in danger. For a suspense touch it would be a great story line if it ever progressed that far into the future but I want to be able to see Kaneki gain his happiness first (more than just the bit he felt when he finally met back up with everyone and created the child with Touka). The child and Touka are completely taking up the spotlight which makes me wonder is Ishida trying to kill off a main character? (possibly Kaneki) I don't know the author well enough but I'm familiar with their story, it would seem like an unrealistic thing to kill off Kaneki but who knows.
