I agree. I mean he might have a minor punishment but at the same time I don't think Ainz will be very angry at him at all. He'll be strict but fare. Hell my guess is somehow that poor girl will either end up dead or perhaps even working with in the guild. My hope is for the latter.
I think Ainz will forgive him, after all he just wants them to have a bit of free will and think for themselves so I don't quite believe Sebas will be punished. As long as it isn't treason and ruining his up and coming rep he probably won't mind.
