i don't want to think about the future. I'm glad that the author didn't show the part where everyone ages except for bear. but it seems like forest people age slowly than normal though

It's true, but remember that Ronet's and Sollie's magic are what's keeping him in human form. When they die or their magic runs out, Bear will probably disappear.
