Why does it says file not supported on mine?

If it says files can't be previewed there should be a blue icon underneath that either says download or open

A suggestion: a highly recommend using Imgur to share. You can put it on hidden that why only people with the link can open and it's scroll method. That way you don't have to open a bunch of individual files. Or cloudup works as well. These files wouldn't open on mobile when you download them, only a laptop

What app am I supposed to use to open it

If your using a phone it won't work, it has to be a laptop or computer
