Eh, considering the severity of the bullying, adding romance into the story as a device to bring the brothers closer together seems too cliche. Even if romance isn't a dominating plot line, it seems a bit tacked on. I think romance would ruin the story honestly. I like the theme of Namsoo protecting his brother because they are twins who share a deeper kind of sibling bond than any other, rather than lovers.
