paypal isn't popular in Korea cos it charges a fee for the currency exchange so that's probably the difference. :) you're welcome, enjoy using Mr Blue~ (Cherry Blossoms updates every Sunday Korea time @ midnight!)
We won't translate CBAW anymore as we've got a notice from mr blue telling us to stop and an official English translation might be released no later than January.

How to recharge Mr.Blue credit via Paypal (after Signing up and login)
1. This is the main billing page http://www.mrblue.com/myblue/bill_money.asp
2. Or you could go to your log-in page 마이홈 ( http://i65.tinypic.com/2zp5wk2.png the one in red rectangle)
It will lead you to http://www.mrblue.com/myblue/main.asp just scroll down and find 블루머니, but if you’re like me who can’t distinct hangul, just use Ctrl+F and copy paste the hangul, the third entry is a link, just click on it.
3. There was a pop up which I don’t know what it said but I clicked OK.
There are a lot of check box, I checked 페이팔(PayPal) in the first entry and check the amount that you need. (I don’t know if it happens to anyone else, but my minimum of purchase is 5000KRW because somehow when I check 1000/3000KRW it only loads a blank page)
Click the blue button.
4. A new window will pop-up, there are 2 button grey and blue one, click the blue one and it will lead you to paypal, the rest of it just check out as usual with paypal.
Does mr.blue have Engish translations? because I checked and it's all in korean ~
It doesn't, but some of its comics (like Roommates) get translated on other sites like Spottoon. Spottoon has been dead for a couple of months now, though.

1) All credit to Snow Flower scans for providing the scanlations up until now. I am only providing text summaries with no screenshots out of respect to the scanlators and Mr Blue, furthermore I work alone not as part of a team.
2) I'll post text summaries of each episode once a day under my original thread. Once Snow Flower starts to translate publicly or translations get taken over or there's an official English translation, I will stop.
3) Regarding raws, I am a member and I pay to read the manhwa directly from Mr Blue every Sunday at midnight KST (I live in Korea). For those who are asking about joining, please get a Naver account, there's an English sign-up version so it's easy. Once you have a Naver account, log in 로그인 click on the green bar (that signifies Naver) and you're now a member of Mr Blue. Look for 겨울 지나 벚꽃 and you'll be brought to the page. As it is not R-19, no personal ID verification is needed (for R-19 manhwa, you need a Kr HP / ipin verification). There is actually an option to recharge credit via Paypal via your log-in page 마이홈 -> 블루머니 -> 블루머니충전 (P.S: I haven't tried this because I just directly recharge using my Kr card so I'm not sure how it goes from here. )
