I think what you are looking is Kanda Neko-sensei's Mayonaka no Oyatsu.
any yaoi manga that the seme was shorter, smaller or cuter than the uke at first, then few years later the seme much more taller and cooler and the uke was like "wat Σ( ￣□￣||)"..if possible in these "few years" both seme and uke got seperated (they meet again when the seme becomes taller). thankyou!
