I don't understood this last ch story?!
His grandfather wanted to teach him a lesson and wanted to show other family members that Takane can stand on his own even without his support. Grandfather took all of his luxuries and wanted Takane to start out with nothing since he grew up with a golden spoon. And Takane being himself could not face Hana cos he is now poor hahahaha and can't even buy her a bouquet of flowers when they are to meet for a date.
His grandfather only gave Takane what he thinks is enough to get by, only 10,000 yen hahaha and a run-down room in a shitty apartment hahaha ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ also his Grandfather wanted to see how strong Hana's character can be when her to be husband is being tested, like how can she help Takane in times of crisis, I think Ji-chan said he doesn't need someone weak/undependable to be Takane's wife or be a part of their family.

hmmm IDK if Sensei would consider such a change to happen, it's all up to him/her and her editor, but whatever the result is I will still be a fan of this manga even though all I want is progress between Takane and Hana ahahaha and MORE lovey-dovey scenes (▰˘◡˘▰)
Don't worry you'll be fine if you let Hana volunteer to help you get through in the upcoming hunger games (￣∇￣") but I KNOW THAT HIS PRIDE AND EGO WILL BE IN THE WAY OF HANA TRYING TO HELP & MAKE HIM RELY ON HER A LITTLE BIT!!!
