Well, I think RealCiel doesn't REALLY have an actual grudge against OurCiel. I think he's just a little pissed that OurCiel took the title of the Head of the Phantomhive household that was actually HIS duty...?
OK, I'm not really sure because remember in Chapter 133 page 12 his parents explain to RealCiel that if he becomes the next Head, he could help and support OurCiels dream to be able to run a toy store. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Before that explanation he pretty much didn't care about his duty, he just wanted to be with OurCiel and take care of him.....(⌒▽⌒)

Also why RealCiel is holding a grudge against his brother? I mean, sure OurCiel took RealCiel place but he didn't f**king know that RealCiel was alive (i think). Why RealCiel looks so... villain? Why he looks like he want to throw out his brother? What OurCiel did? ┗( T﹏T )┛
