yes it's legit, i think it's just a short story/one shot-"ish" oda made for one piece's 20th anniversary. im not really that sure but it's legit.
it's definitely legit! it's featured in 3 parts in the 3 volume magazine released for the 20th anniversary... they're very short, only a few pages for each volume. if the magazine has been translated in english you can read it from them, otherwise i have the magazine's in korean and would have to translate them hahah
