in fact ha-jeong change her feeling for ye-na because yeon-hee told her that ye-na like man....so thts y she was suprised at the end...

Don't know why people thought it was complicated.
Yeon-hee was in love with Ye-na and so was Ha-jeong. As time went by Ha-jeong's feelings changed and she began to fall in love with Yeon-hee. Yeon-hee confessed to Ye-na but was rejected and began to doubt herself and their friendship and turned to Ha-jeong. When Yeon-hee decides to move to Canada she makes her feelings clear to Ha-jeong. "Perhaps you should visit me."

Na-li was Yun's Unni and they began dating but Na-li hurt Yun immensely (think via disappearing or becoming distant). Now Na-li is realising how much she cares for Yun she tries to woo her again to no avail. Yun is too hurt to be able to date Na-li again.

Ye-na is going to university and still keeping in contact with Yun. Yun mentions that Ha-jeong is also attending now that she's finished high school. Ye-na is surprised, she lost contact with her the year previous. Yun and Ye-na have a very friendly relationship which escalates as Yun harbours a few feelings since she kisses her, to which Ye-na isn't surprised. It is the revealed Ye-na also has feelings
