Please help!

I’m looking for a yaoi where the uke and seme are having sex and after they finish the seme gets a call and tells the uke leave because someone is coming over. After awhile, the uke starts thinking that the seme is cheating so he takes all of his stuff and moves out without telling the seme. As usual, it was all just a misunderstanding. I think the seme was helping his ex who was going through a difficult situation? (So I don’t know for sure but I think the uke or seme had been cheated on before? Also, I think the uke and seme had just started dating officially, like maybe they were only sex friends at first?)
