Somebody else said that it's been five years since Wolfgang came to the palace, making them 18. So what I assumed was that Delly came to the castle two years after Wolfgang did. Which means they confessed at the age of /almost/ 15 since soohuk was telling the king that he's yet to turn 15 so he can't have sex with him and all. But I could be completely wrong
