I also think that Jaeha it's been a coward but I also get him, Eunho family took him in when he had no one, he was raised like a brother to Eunho. I kind of get why he thinks he would be betraying all the things Eunho's family have done for him. Also, seeing his past relationships it's pretty obvious that he's always been afraid of being love, and end up hurting everyone who has ever loved him. This isn't about Eunho being good and Jaeha being bad, just a very realistic way of show how the people we love might hurt us because their own fears. Before even trying to return all the love Eunho feels for him, he needs to learn how to love himself so much that he doesn't feel guilty by loving and being love by someone else. Is time now to Jaeha to grow and learn not to runaway, and I think he will.
