The dog scene was felt more like a punishment to me honestly. Maybe the kid did something to piss the King off? Though I wouldn't be surprised if he did it for shits and giggles.
Okay some Game of thrones shit going down there with princes plunging to their deaths from the window but I think the 5th is going to pull more of a tommen than bran.
