Yes! It's very hard to really get into the stories as compared to when I started reading yaoi.

find something else , take up a new hobby, read a novel or comics or fanfiction, watch korean or japanese or thai dramas, get into a new fandom, watch variety shows or game shows to laugh, do an activity that has you be outside for approx. 1/2 an hour, play games (video, board, puzzle, app, group, computer, handheld, etc) , try creating something of your own

Yes! That is exactly what I do! It feels refreshed and more like how I did when I first started! I generally switch from fandom to fandom and media to media nowawways! It's been working very well!
