I started hate shoujo before I read Yaoi ╮(￣▽￣)
I do like romance, loved to read shoujo when I was teen. but when I realized that the boobs were too big and it's really bother me, I stopped reading shoujo and started reading Yaoi (▰˘◡˘▰)

I've gotten tiered of how most shoujos are so similar or there are harms （￣へ￣）I kinda get annoyed by the characters acting like there love is the end of the world.... unless it's a shoujo with a strong female character that doesn't cry easy
AGREED i hate the shoujos with cry baby characters.
I'm actually starting to branch out into other genres. After reading BL for so long things start to get stale. I've read one good shoujo; liked the characters and everything.
There was some rare exceptions to reading shougo, I still like it and have found some I like. all in all I wind up shipping the guys in shougo as well, and really any anime/manga I read/watch be it Shounen, Seinen. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ however since getting into BL there was no going back
I've never hated shoujo, but I definitely lost interest in most shoujo comics when I got into yaoi. Not particularly into BL anymore, either...
I actually found yaoi because shoujo was starting to get on my fuckin nerves. Oooo no he confessed to you or you confessed to him wat are you gonna do now FACKIN NOTHING JUST SIT THERE AND BLUSH LIKE A TWAT
i wasn't satisfied reading shoujo, but when i started reading yaoi, it opened a new door for me
