I am as ill as the MC is but I don't think they are ugly, just disgusting. Haha. The MC and I are just bitter for others' happiness with their partners. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I also found the MC's extremely negative attitude an issue. Just too much to be at all likable, and with nothing really that did make him likable. So why would anyone like him, except that they have no idea how he really thinks and feels?

I think what the other guy (assuming the seme) would like or find cute about the MC (possibly the uke) would be the MC's weirdness and aloofness. He suddenly bursts out a trivia that no one really needs and wants to know and is quite out of topic, then be intimidated by it after. The uke is insecure and may or may not have experienced a bad type of relationship thus his hate on hetero couples.
