Yeah in that last part of chapter 30, it's a flashback of when Theo was still alive, if i remember correctly I think it was because he was concerned about the 5th prince, which is why he attempted to poison the king... hopefully that made some sense (=・ω・=)
if you're talking about soohyuk the punishment wasn't for him to be killed, it was just to be humiliated and i think banned from the palace (?)
but yeah they didn't kill him, and he's just staying with his dad now

I’m confused rn... I thought the black haired Asian dude was supposed to be killed but how come in the chapter after that he’s there? Is it a flashback or am I missing something?
