If you know it's done by ogawa chise then why don't you search for it under her manga list?
She has so many manga and most of her manga have this kind of handsome and stupid uke. Moreover I'm not sure if it's actually by her or not. I searched some but gave up cause searching like this really needs patience. That's why I was asking if anyone knows the title...

I read it again..... soooo funny(≧∀≦) I didn't notice before but it has a fudanshi too!!
It was a shounen ai. But other stories in that manga were maybe yaoi.... not sure. There was this popular guy in the school who tried to conivce the uke into something...? (Either tried to make him fall for him or tried to apologize cause he turned uke down.) He did hilarious things like making a pig face.(He used fishing tackle to do this) The whole school was his supporters. And I'm not sure but maybe it was by Ogawa Chise??
