i think it wasnt in this manga but wasnt it like that saijou slept with a woman because of work stuff and then he came back to that guy(i forgot his name) and he was like "dont touch me with those hands u embrased some woman" or something seriously i have to find that page now cuz i cant remember clearly waiiit :'DDD

is late to reply, but that time they weren't lover, they even didn't confess their feeling. I believe there were once rap, and they slept with other, but were not as lover.
Saijo slept with women again because he couldn't do it with Kazuki. Since they become lover, Saijo didn't cheat on Kazuki, he even cut his relationship with women.
