Im sorry honey but the author is writing about sexual abuse of a minor. They're just romanticizing it to seem as if the child can actually consent (even if they agree or say yes there is a clear difference in power which makes him unable to consent. Also he is a CHILD and is not able to consent to sex with an adult. He also isn't really consenting if he's doing it to make sure his sister doesn't have to) Nobody is saying this fucked up stuff doesn't exist in the real world. They're just saying that this manga is depicting it but in a way that makes it seem like this situation isn't that bad. They're toning it down and making things seem a certain way when in reality they are not.
Actually I'm in Law School so I do know what i'm talking about. But it depend of the law of your country. For exemple, in Belgium, Canada, Germany or Europe you aren't considered to be a child after you have reached your sexual majority. So a sexual intercourse between a teacher and his student wouldn't be a rape - if there is consent - but it would be an abuse of authority.
Why is a child capable of consent and not a teenager ? Because like you said he cannot understand what sexual intercourse really means both for his body or mental, his brain cannot possibly acknowledge that fact. He can be curious about it as anyone would be, but really understand it, it's an all other question.
Plus, in law there ins't any consent if there is a threat or imposition which can be moral or physical. That's why even if Sage is ok with having sex, it would still be considered as a rape.
As for a teenager of 15 or 18, he can consent, because he's more inform about what sexuality is, thanks to his school or internet. He is old enough to understand what he wants or don't - also, he have the capacity to refuse something he don't want, when a child of 11 or 13 isn't capable of doing.

Is true that sexual abuse is very traumatize for the child, but i don't remember this child got beats up, torture, and or whatever..but they simply exchange verbal agreement (although, the king kinda cheat on the boy), but the boy DID agree..that's why is a little different from what you're talking about how sexual abuse traumatize children..and it's not just for children..adult also have this type of traumatize if their encounter with some sort of sexual activity involve raping, forcing, and etc...It's good that you're not going to continue reading the manga, for your foul mouth will be close.. ^-^

The writing is bad. The author is writing up what they want without thinking realistically or about how this could shape viewers. In Japan kids won't have access to this content. Its sealed in plastic wrap or only allowed to be sold to adults. Scans like this are harder to find because its illegal and will be caught in Japan. But here on the internet and this site children are reading material not made for them. Also pedophiles can read this and be influences to believe that a child is mature enough to handle a sexual relationship or even that doing so with a child would be okay. Its simply irresponsible.

This is really fucked up and the writing super flawed. They clearly wanted to write about a child being sexually abused as if they could make light of it. The first chapter makes that clear.
