It was Min Woojin's memory before he "died" and became that politician's "real" son. It concluded the fact that everything he gave up to was for the sake of being reunited with Yoon Taemin and he had no trace of regret because the only one who matters in his life is Taemin. I literally burst into tears when I read the last pages...the ending was beautiful. I hope you have a better idea of it now! xx
