Yes. This is all flashbacks. It started on that chapter where Jian Yi wants to go to the same university as Zhan Xixi. (Jian Yi is still in high school because he stopped when he was taken away) So we dont really know what happened to Guan Shan and He Tian.
They weren't created at the time so what happens to He Tian & Mo is a mystery for now. But there was a bathtub pic with the caption "wait for them to grow up" so we'll probably get to see what they're up to as well. their actual present where jian yi came back to xixi after 2 or 3 years missing after being kidnapped on the second day of their highschool and xixi already in university living by himself (chapter 1-50)
let's just hope old xian let us see what they're all up to now at the end~
How can everyone get confused about the timeline and still unaware that all of this was a flashback? Probably because they're too cute so we stop realising the real timeline...welp
