Probably this book that I read a few years ago about a guy who had this internet boyfriend and they decided to meet face to face for the first time (they just talked using chat and nothing else). Then the guy went to the place that the boyfriend told him to go for their meeting (finding it weird that he picked a sex shop in the next town as the place), and then he received a call from a fake girl friend of his telling that the whole time she was the one talking to him.
I couldn't even believed when I read, it was so heartbreaking, 'cause the guy was really in love with this boyfriend and he had a lot of shit going on in his life, so the boyfriend was his only happiness at the time. Till this day that girl is one of my most hated females in everything I have read or watched.
