The guy in the bed that we see in the end is Min Woojin's half brother, the one that he replaced. Min Woojin's said that "this is all for him" The person he is talking about is Taemin. He said that because he thought, by replace his half brother, he will be able to help Taemin. I hope I'm clear x)

I thought this series was pretty good but that ending was just kinda confusing. Can someone smarter than me explain?
