I want to scanlate this

I found the raws of this on Now-do (thanks to a comment) and I know enough Chinese to scanlate this, since it seems the original scanlators either quit or are reaaaally slow. So, how do I start this whole process? (Oh, and I'm new to this whole mangago community thing) ┗( T﹏T )┛

The official translation is on tapas. You do have to pay "coins" to read episodes though. But you can watch ads to earn coins. There's 14 chapters so far. Go here --> https://tapas.io/series/achm
