Maybe that was compensation, or there was a failure on their transactions. Never less that's a pretty rude way to say to a business. If you want to complain then send them an email, and so that they'll take away your goods that was given in extra.

Your math is wrong. They got double for the same price so they paid half the typical sale price. Getting two for one is not the same as getting a refund.

So I ordered the 3 one piece box set. I got a first delivery but the first box was missing, but it was saying I should got the 3 together on the sending paper. So I call the customer service and they say, no worry we are sending you a replacement. But then 1hour after I've got the missing box by another delivery (that happening in the first place is pretty stupid). So I called back to cancelled the replacement and they're like after 30 mins we don't take cancellation. That's so stupid, now I have the first 23 volumes twice ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
