I know what you mean. I was hoping he's say something like "if you loose we'll train harder for next time" and smile or something. Maybe say "you won't lose cause I have faith in you."
Cuz Yukata really did not know how to answer Kei about him losing. Yukata really don't know if Kei is really going to win himself he is just as confused as Kei.
The only thing that's really bugging me is that even tho yukata knows the state of kei's mind y doesn't he get that he needs to be careful of what he wants to say? Like u told him to win but what if he lose? It might seem fine from yukata's perspective but if kei loses it'll have such a bad effect on him.
I feel so sad atm. Kei is such an innocent, he must be protected in all cost
