The one who *thumb down* might got wrong idea, it's plot twist so you have to read to find out truth.
Actually it's great true-deep-love story.
looking for this manga where a local and a jap foreigner falls in love and gets it on but unfortunately, the foreigner went home to his wife to resolve some issues. the local got heartbroken but later on, reunites with the foreigner in a truck and does the deed while being surrounded by a lot of people.
