Again I guess it depends on what you're used to read? One Piece was just madness this week and this is just very very very very sub-par compared to it. I know it's silly to compare the two and I could compare it to something more gunny but in any case it makes me feel she should just stick to what she does best. I'm certainly not impressed.

Though if one usually reads romance all the time I can see how this could be exciting and a change of pace. And most of her audience probably does so I can see why she's doing this.

I might just need to take a break from the series if that goes for too long, I don't know this just ain't my cup of tea ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Myeah pretty much, it's the thing I feel she does really well. We used to have one every two-three chapters for quite a while so it was perfect :P. Volume 8 was still like that though we had to wait for the tankoubon release lol (though it was kinda not as great as vol 7 to me).

I get what you mean, this is a BL after all. For a BL the action is pretty kickass but if you were to compare it to actual action/shounen manga it's pretty subpar. It's also always the same, the baddies come chasing loaded up with rifles and then gunfights ensue. That's about it.

I get the feeling the character developments of VF have been at a standstill for some time now. It's good if the action actually amounted to some sort of development but so far the storyline has been going around in circles for a while now. This arc has been going on so long and still we have no clue who Aaron is, what Mikhail is up to etc. Its getting kinda stale. Just my 2 cents.

What you're complaining about is like a Zoro fan in One Piece complaining every week about when Zoro will be back with the crew. He like Akihito, is in a different location from where the current events are at, so it's pointless to complain and very annoying.

It's just not fair, to compare Finder with the greatest*which I agree, this week's chapter was another level of amazing* I personally thought the fight was decent and have no real issue with the way it carried out. But I get your point regarding the art. YA has great art style but her composition could do with some work, which showed this chapter.
