All of the sites I've looked at are no further ahead than here. Many of them have had earlier chapters re-uploaded and not taken down, though.
There is a lot of new chapter already uploaded on other website. Don't bother you to wait for the new chapter here that will never come with this idiot. (⌒▽⌒)
