If you mean was senpai sleeping with the ex-boyfriend, then yes. The ex is a neko from preference, but switched for senpai because he did care about him a lot. But it wasn't really what he wanted or what would make him truly happy in a relationship - that's why he said "I'm not able to play the giver anymore." They broke up quite a while ago but not because anyone did anything bad so they seem to have found it hard to totally let go and kept up a semi-frequent friends-with-benefits scenario. And from what I understand, he never even told senpai that he was actually a neko, because he didn't want to hurt him. It's so refreshing that the ex is a nice guy!!
