The woman with the same ring as Chunta is liek a friend? XD she is helping Chunta to cover up the pics

She was basically used as a decoy so that the paparazzi guy would withdraw his focus from the uke (the seme did him a huge favour by pretending to be in a relationship with the woman!) The chapter that was released today was an "extra" (a little story that doesn't follow the storyline chronologically; basically, it's fanservice). A manga volume often ends with an "extra" followed by an afterword by the mangaka/author of the manga. ^^ I think chapter 19 was the last chapter of the 4th volume, meaning that the story ended with a cliffhanger! ╮(￣▽￣)╭ *correct me if I'm wrong*

Basically vol. 4 is about how Takato and Chunta get into a paparazzi scandal. only Takato's face is shown so he suffers the consequences but the paparazzi guy threatens Takato to release a pic he took of them kissing with both their faces shown.
Takato makes a deal w/paparazzi to give him a "good" picture in exchange of getting rid of that picture. In order to do this Takato breaks up with Chunta and waits for paparazzi to call for deal.
While Takato is waiting, Chunta takes action, he finds the photographer/paparazzi and tells him that it'd be bothersome if a picture w/his ex-boyfriend was shown so he shows the ring that the actress give any co-starting actor she is interested in, and the paparazzi figures they have something going on outside of work.
The paparazzi catches Chunta with the actress on "a date" and tells Takato that no deal is necessary, so he will forget about their relationship.
The volume ends with Takato mad that Chunta didn't let himself be protected and is upset that he ended the relationship for nothing.
The final ch. With them being together and shortstories have nothing to do with the story they are just fanservoce.
