Which is why he asked again when he woke up though? Not saying this wasn't kind of nonconsnesual, cuz there were parts where he wasn't rlly willing to do some stuff but he how said so himself "he would have stopped if I refused him more adamantly but I don't want to" so I think it's ok to say the uke was - at least to some degree - ok with it

The uke way's of thinking is a slippery slope. If the uke starts secondguessing himself, it opens up opportunity for the seme to gaslight him.

It is all so easy for victims of dv and partner rape. They put the blame on the victim or the victim goes down this slippery slope.

I work with a lot of dv victims and i have heard this a million times, from males and females. "If only I am more diligent. If only I am more forceful. If only... then he will listen etc"

Not saying that the current situation with the uke is like the above.
    It's only the first chapter.

But as discussed below: no sign of discussing limits (what is rough? What is your soft limit, hard limit, and safeword(s) to begin with...)

We'll see whether this develops into a proper healthy bdsm relationship or is this just glossing over the fact like putting lipstick on a pig.

The jury's out. But be aware and wary.

It is less about consent as the illusion of consent. The semi only asked for his consent when all the cards where in the seme's favor; when he was drunk and giving only vague responses, when he was naked, in stocks with the door blocked, and only really free to move around when he was already full of enema.

When the uke pushed back - like saying he had not consented to this when he woke up, the semi did not remove the stocks and move to a more comfortable location. When he objected to the enema, the semi gagged him so he didn't have to listen to him.

In the end, the asking for consent made uke felt like he had chosen this, but he was never in a place where he could think clearly and chose freely to do what he wanted.
