Yup...but i think Sensei misunderstood and thought Papa was asking does he kiss everyone when he is drunk. And Sensei went into defense a bit saying Just because I'm gay i dont kiss everyone (well you know what i mean) I think ya kind of can take the mean anyways...
...the meaning is different:
Sensei is saying "Just because I'm gay doesn't mean I'll kiss just anyone." And Papa says, "No, I didn't mean it like that." So it wasnt Papa saying he didn't want to date sensei. Rather he was trying to figure out his feelings and sensei was scared of rejection. In the end...(⌒▽⌒) ♡
