No, he was with futoshi all the time after they got together, i think. Tarous brother was married and had a baby :)

I think tarou had a kid.. coz the kid calls tarou ‘papa’. I am not very clear about this either but that’s exactly what tarou meant when he said he waivered. I think he meant he either went straight for sometime or cheated on Mishima.
