Same. To me it seems old crush probably had some feelings too, but he was probably super confused with himself and didn't wanna accept that he liked another guy. Only after Xu shang left that he realized. But it's already too late.
i'm curious about what his old crush was gonna tell him? why did he want to talk to him??? it doesn't really matter in the end but it'd be cool to know
