I agree its too painful sometimes i want ren to leave haru or forget about him so that haru can know the similar pain
I think that did happen in chapter 31 or 32 but it was still the haruu who lost his memory
He doesn't blame Ren. it's more like he blames himself for going to canada and meeting Ren.
If you think about it aki and the grandparents blamed him for that, so it really hurt him and so he thought it was his faith that the Kaidou's died

Man, im glad someone thinks the same. i get so annoyed at how Haru keeps forgetting Ren. he won't lose anything even if Ren is not there but to Ren Haru is like his everything. so i feel sad when he has to go through all this heart breaking stuff.
I totally ship Haru x Ren but I really think that Ren should just give up on Hru and move on. Haru just keeps on leading Ren on multiple times and in the end Ren is alwys heart broken and would always forgive Haru. Not to mention it is hinted in chapter 27 or 28 that Haru some whatblames Ren for the death of his parents. If the guy unconsciously forget you more than once than thats the sign to move on and find a new love.
