why, Rizeru was just a normal cheerful guy, of course he got pissed when Noizu pretended to be him at the council meeting, Noizu had a huge inferiority complex but he didn't do anything to get recognized in a positive way, he was just full of negative thoughts and blamed the others. I think that in this situation it was Chris who was to blame because he didn't make himself clear about his relationship with Rizeru...

IMO Rizeru is the reason why Noizu is gloomy and the way he is.. So when he was advised to smile.. He did.. But he didn't like what happened since he said that NO ONE looked at him for who he is.. so he just want to end his life.. THIS IS MY OPINION..
I probably want this a little longer and see Noizu making his brother suffer.. Hahahahaha... (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
