Contact your bank. Certain types of online transactions are blocked until you unlock them via phone call. It's a security measure, it'll be fine when you authorize the bank to proceed with the billing.
I was just browsing through L*zhin when I saw I can purchase coins via Visa Debit, so I tried it and input all necessary info, but after I proceed, it says "Your payment failed" T.T
Can someone help and tell me what the problem is?
