I also have that problem, it started about a week ago. I think it has something to do with mangago.
Mine started around the same time, glad to know I'm not alone.
(Boy is it hard to read really long manhwa with the website as it is rn)

When I go to a new page it no longer brings me straight to the top and I have to scroll back up. It's annoying. Is this a problem with my computer or Mangago?
