Select mangas you'll get your coins back if you purchase them.
For an example, if you purchase 3 chapters of a manga, you spend 9 coins on it. On the 5th, you'll get your coins back that you spent. So you will have 9 bonus coins added to your account. You do have to spend the bonus coins within the set time frame, but you can buy any manga with it, even mangas outside the coin back event.
Does that make sense?

Not the 5th, the 2nd. I got the dates wrong sorry lol. You have to use the bonus coins you redeem between 2nd-5th
