It seems you're right. I thought they have one kid but it mooks like they had a second children few years later (the little one says "oni-chan"). Aoi and Jirou have twins so it's not them. I hope this would be translated one day...

The first Anonymous is correct. The short story you're talking about is an Alternate Universe where Miyauchi and Kudo play the parents of mini Aoi and Jirou. (Aoi has dark hair and Jirou has the lightly shaded hair). The story is not meant to be canon and is a cute "what-if" scenario.

If you look at Sachimo sensei's twitter, she only ever shows that Miyauchi and Kudo has one son named Yuuichi, a blond haired, green eyed baby who got his light colored genes from the English/Japanese ancestry on Kudo's side. (Considering it's difficult for Miyauchi to get pregnant, having one kid is already a miracle.)
