if you like yaoi what are your thoughts on yuri ?

I read one or two yuri manga then I discovered yaoi and I've never looked back. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

I like both equally

There's jest something about anime/manga girls that jest annoys me and I don't know why.

I like both but I think it's harder to find a good yuri, unfortunately...

I like both but I will say it's easier for me to find yuri I like on my own. I don't have to be as careful and choosy. Yuri/gl isn't like yaoi when it comes to the rape trope. There really isn't a lot of it in yuri. Especially yuri written by women. But with yaoi if you want to avoid that you better pay attention to tags, summary, etc. No matter how cute the cover looks it doesn't mean it will be a cute story. Learned that the hard way.

I only tried Maka maka as it's popular but gave up after 5-6 pages. Maybe cause my wierd prejudice as a female, yuri seemed disturbing to me. On the other hand yaoi is something I can enjoy from safe distance.
